I love this book!
Summary: our main person, Skye, was raped by her stepdad when she was 12 years old. She tried telling her mom, but she was drunk and couldn’t remember what happened to Skye the next day.
Now at senior high school, just when Skye was starting to heal, the same stepfather, Dan, comes back home. All Skye wants to do is protect her sister. Skye is afraid and she has flashbacks. It’s her choice if she wants to speak up to her mother, so that she won’t marry him. But will she do that?

I loved this story, I loved the way it was written, I basically loved everything! Luisa and Skye are probably one of the best characters! I would totally recommend this book to you! And it might make you cry. I cried🤷.
I will give this beautiful YA book 5 stars and I’ll need a paperback copy of it!
